"Hice varias cotizaciones (5) y aún en la misma Statefarm esta oficina me dio el mejor precio. Mi agente fue Rosa, super amable y paciente, me explicó y me ofreció diferentes seguros y terminó haciendo un paquete que tomé, porque me salía más económico que solo tomar 2. He tenido algunas preguntas y al llamar siempre me contestan y me puedo comunicar con Rosa. En conclusión, hasta ahora estoy super satisfecha con esta oficina tanto por el precio como por el servicio al cliente."

""Estoy extremadamente satisfecho con el servicio de State Farm para mi seguro de auto. Desde el primer contacto, la atención al cliente ha sido excepcional. El proceso para obtener una cotización y contratar la póliza fue muy sencillo y rápido; el agente que me atendió fue claro, amable y respondió a todas mis preguntas con paciencia, ayudándome a entender las coberturas que realmente necesitaba sin intentar venderme extras innecesarios. Lo que realmente me ha impresionado es la rapidez y eficiencia en la gestión de un pequeño incidente que tuve. El proceso de reclamo fue sorprendentemente fácil: pude iniciarlo en línea y recibí una respuesta casi de inmediato. La comunicación fue constante y transparente, manteniéndome informado en cada paso. La resolución fue justa y sin complicaciones, lo cual me dio una gran tranquilidad en un momento estresante. Además, considero que la relación calidad-precio de mi póliza es excelente. Ofrecen muy buenas coberturas a un precio competitivo. Siento que mi vehículo y yo estamos bien protegidos.
